Stella Marina in the enchanting village of Camogli exceeded all our expectations during our recent weekend getaway. Tucked away just 200 meters from the sandy beach, this charming spot perfectly blended comfort with convenience. Our private room was spacious and beautifully decorated, featuring a comfy king-sized bed, a handy kitchenette, and a breathtaking view of the nearby mountains - a lovely touch for any nature lover! As someone who travels with my two dogs, I was thrilled to find that the hotel offered pet-friendly amenities. Riccardo, our attentive host, not only provided great local dining recommendations but also shared insights on nearby hiking trails, including a day trip to the picturesque San Fruttuoso. The quaint village atmosphere alongside vibrant boutiques and delicious eateries made our experience truly memorable. The proximity to both the train station and ferry port really made exploring this region a breeze. Plus, I appreciated the clean, well-kept accommodations - cleanliness can often be hit or miss in Italy, and Stella Marina certainly hit the mark! If you're seeking a peaceful retreat away from the crowds of Cinque Terre, I wholeheartedly recommend this hidden gem. I can't wait to return for another lovely escape!
